Pros

Fast paced, trial by fire, extremely smart colleagues and team members. Really cool projects, loads of opportunity to showcase your skills. Smallish business where many people wore multiple hats, including their junior staff. Lots of travel, see new places (also a CON).

Cons

Lots and lots of travel for field staff. Sometimes for over a month on very very short notice. No ability to plan life, hard to get anytime off, even when worked weeks straight. (Could be a PRO have a ton of banked time to cash out since you never get to use your time in lieu). Terrible pay, kept employees in the dark, zero transparency and mismanagement.

Pros

Friendly staff make for a positive and causal workplace. Work hours are usually flexible and time off is generally granted when needed.

Cons

I get the impression a lot of people are underpaid but I could be wrong. The building and furniture within it isn't very nice (old desks, kitchen, bathrooms). They've talked about changing locations or making upgrades for years but it's never happened.
