      Pros

      Hard working teams of good people trying their best. Good work hours.

      Cons

      Company acquired by Tenex who destroyed all company culture and drive a make money or get out approach. Sales team are the only people that exist in the eyes of senior management and other teams are left treading water with skeleton staff and rising pressures. Pay is poor, recognition is not practised enough and staff get the bare minimum in terms of benefits, holiday and other leave.

      Very exciting times to be here as we have developed a game changing platform that our clients and their employees love. To be part of a business that is breaking the mould and growing as we are is very rewarding.

      Cons

      Some of the people that have been here a long time find this transition and change we are going through difficult.
