Pros
Great location, especially for people wants to start carrier journey. Very positive culture and atmosphere. I have been working there for 5 years, they were really supportive. I have learned a lot as you will be involved as much as you want to be. I had a chance to work from home and it gave me flexibility.
Cons
the rate , but you can always negotiate about that.

Pros
Great office working area. Nice people to work with. Interesting and challenging work. Free pop, coffee, and snacks in the kitchen. Very generous CEO.
Cons
Constantly putting out fires. Development manager that is always out of his office. CEO is a nice guy deep down but comes across as intimidating and micro managing at times.
