Supportive teams and great work-life balance, overall great place to work

Pros

TCT is an amazing place to work, the teams are legit supportive, and when the team speaks about a family-oriented and work-life balance, it stands true. I genuinely enjoy working for them and have had a great experience so far.

Cons

I think hardware could be of higher spec. It's good enough for most of the work, but sometimes when I have a zillion tabs opened or operating with different apps opened etc I don't want to have to spend time making sure I am working within the limits of my hardware, much rather would prefer to have a over spec hardware where the limit is what I do.

Interesting, varied, challenging work. Great, supportive company culture and colleagues. Lots of fun, social activities - just generally the sort of company you'd give your right arm to work for!
