      Great company and they've been around for 22 years Great management and staff Competitive pay Generous PTO Supports work from home

      Cons

      You have to chase reviews and raises, otherwise it won't happen. Not unlike any other company, ever since lockdown, it's been difficult to main a sense of company culture. They have done a great job trying to keep everyone engaged by Team group meetings and in-person happy hours and parties.

      Pros

      CRG is a small company that's growing steadily. I'm not a person who enjoys working for large corporations, and CRG feels much more comfortable to me than the typical corporate environment. I find management to be responsive, and they actually do listen to and care about their employees. It really does have the feeling of being a team of good people working together to do the best work they can. I’m happy here!

      Cons

      As with any client-focused agency environment, things can get a little hectic at times. Business processes could use some work, but that's improving.
