It’s been a couple of months that I started working for this Organization. The work culture is absolutely different from my previous experiences. However, this still gives me learning every single day, about the multiple departments running with “the Encrypts” in building one Organization to the fullest. The work culture is systematic, approach toward any employee is a great seek of help and co-workers are always there to help you understand every time you get hooked in terms of process. This is way beyond my imagination to work in a sector, where not just Digital marketing is emphasized but, also web developers and designers, content writers, app developers, etc., are all part of this organization.
