I can honestly say my time with this company was the worst and lowest point in my life. I knew from the second day I'd made a huge mistake but I felt stuck and hoped things would get better. They didn't. They got worse the more I learned about Damon and his leadership clowns. I can honestly say I've never met a more arrogant, racist, misogynist than Damon. Sadly he seems to delude himself into thinking he's such a great guy because he managed to get vendors to pay for some lounge equipment. He loved to point out all the great things "he" provided and how a pool table and Xbox somehow translated into a great place to work. Never mind behind the scenes he made disparaging remarks about the very people he expected to bring in money. There is just something so wrong with a company that has to continually point out all the things it does for its employees. Great company's don't have to do that. Great company's don't have to try to shove their delusion down everyone's throat. Great company's don't ridicule the hourly workforce and point out how lucky they are to work for said company. Which is why this will never be a great company. There will never be a time when the owner will put his own ego and arrogance aside because he's convinced he's the best at everything. Since he couldn't trust any of the managers to hire the right kind of people he felt he needed to do it all, right down to the entry level positions so he wanted to conduct all of the interviews. Then spent the majority of that interview attempting to humiliate candidates and letting them know how brilliant he is and how his company will be the "employer of choice". That phrase and this company will never be said in the same sentence.
