      It was a blast. Long lunches.

      Cons

      There was literally no plan. Ever. We never released any content worth viewing. There was at least a bi-weekly meeting about literally nothing. Multiple very annoying slack channels. A graphics redesign every other day. Too much quality control. Complete lack of vision, commitment, organization, resourcefulness, creativity - absolute shitshow.

      Pros

      I really enjoy coming to work every day. I love my coworkers it is like joining a family and everyone is supportive of each other and has a great time together. The job is challenging and rewarding. Great collaborative environment. The projects never get boring.

      Cons

      Every so often there is an over abundance of hummus and nothing to dip into it. It is a problem.
