We are sorry to hear about your experience but you may have the wrong company. The Keystone Group does not have a sales presence in the Philadelphia area.

Pros

• The generalist staffing model gives you experience across all service lines and industries, giving you a broad set of skills • Small team sizes (2-5 ppl) allows for a lot of responsibility for all team members resulting in extremely fast professional development. Even the most junior employees will work directly with partners at the firm and c-level executives at the client • Everyone at Keystone is very smart and talented. You’ll learn a ton from working here.

Cons

• Because of the nature of the work, especially turnaround, there will be times you will need to forfeit social time • There are times where there is a lot of pressure to perform well, which is a result of how much responsibility you are given
