      Nice people to work with. Stayed almost fully remote after the pandemic.

      Cons

      Need to consider cost of living adjustment. Raises are not common.

      Pros

      I spent a year at TLC and enjoyed the family friendly and considerate atmosphere. There were many individuals I was genuinely sad to leave when I left the company. Leadership always listened to ideas, and it felt like you’d voice was always heard. Also, the work is important and the customers you serve make a difference, which makes it all worth it.

      Only con was benefits and limited coverage
