    Not too difficult (depending on customers). Some good coworkers

    Cons

    Not much training given, expected to pick it up as you go, so often know less than customers expect. Can be quite stressful when store is busy

    Nice colleagues (seriously that's it)

    Cons

    Do not get paid enough for what you do Do not do a christmas temp here as they rarely keep anyone on, 2/8 temps turned into permanent position at the range i worked at Rude customers POOR TRAINING i only had two minutes of training on the till that's it and this was first job so i didn't even know how to stock goods or do other jobs within my role thus i pretty much taught myself Outdated tills that don't even work

    Pros

    If minimum wage is what you are looking for, that is very close to what you will get.

    Cons

    Management appear to be under a deal of pressure. Bad management of shift patterns. Store was constantly understaffed, so workload heavy. Booking holidays and time off inevitably difficult.

    Pros

    Discount is alright i guess. Easy if you are desperate for a job.

    Cons

    Bullied by management No discipline Awful communication between Head Office, Managers & shopfloor staff Poor pay, even as Supervisor Long hours When there was a change of hours we got no notice Very much like being at High School No recognition No support Can’t trust anyone. Absolute shambles, the whole company!
