Sourcery helped me get to the job I'm enjoying now. They provided me with a great experience from start to finish. They people here are very professional and also are friendly. I can't say enough about the gratitude I feel having worked with the team. It's an amazing company and the way they have helped to build other companies is outstanding. They are unique

Pros

I joined The Sourcery because I thrive in entrepreneurial environments and relished the opportunity to leverage my client strategy and startup team building skills in a tech recruiting position.

Cons

Management, no benefits, no training, toxic office culture, mentally and emotionally abusive environment, borderline HR practices, inefficient systems ( plus no phone or dependable internet), slavish hours, etc. etc.

- WFH Fridays - Some co-workers are amazing to work with...probably the only reason I was able to stay sane at the job - My team lead and the head of operations cared about my well-being as a whole

Cons

- Won't pay their employees market value because they care more about the bottom line - Management is toxic (except the head of operations and operations manager, they are fabulous) - Micro-managed environment - The turn over rate is VERY high - They'll throw you under the bus in a second - Everyone I was close with wanted to leave, which fostered a negative environment - They send the message that they are concerned with work/life balance...but it's not true. All they care about is if you work yourself to the bone to give the what they want. It's a joke
