Rev share for salaried employees All hourly employees (FOH & BOH) are part of the tip pool. Positive work culture. Diverse team. Promote internal development and back it up with in house promotions over outside hires. Growing.

A lot going on in one place, which can confuse customers.

I have worked for this company for 6 months and have no complaints. Managers are very understanding and work with you to make a reliable and consistent schedule. Pay is fair for Charlottesville and there is much opportunity for new training, professional development, cross-training and growth In salary after a few months.
Cons
Can sometimes be difficult to get started with cross training during the busy seasons.
