Pros

Good if you happy for not doing any productive work?

Cons

1. No access to main code. 2. Only Head office has the permission to think, design, develop i.e all key areas of software development life cycle. 3. You will be given some documents which has all the steps written and you need to follow to do POC for clients. 4. Luckily if you are given some project then how do you debug if you don't have main code base, its bit annoying that you need decompiler to look at the code. Now Imagine how they treat Pune employees working on same project ?? As a question in your interview and see how people responds ? * Ask yourself - How can you grow if HEAD himself reluctant to share information with you. 5. Head of the company always afraid to share code with their own employees who works in India location. Is he afraid of Indian employees ? 6. Being the java developer , can you imagine not writing java code for entire year. I have not opened eclipse for probably couple of months. 7. No separate company and share space with ECS(cheap people) who is in charge of all administrative work. 8. I have seen some good reviews in glassdoor and found that mostly were written by freshers.

Pros

Have worked for ThinkAnalytics for over 5 years now. The company is growing rapidly in that time and so there are opportunities to work in all areas of the software lifecycle. Company is focused on the TV and broadcast domain providing recommendations engine technology to well-known TV companies across the globe. Opportunities to work in different areas of the products from backend technologies through to UI, so I have never felt that I’ve been stuck in a narrow silo Using the latest Java technologies and latest big data technologies as well so have had plenty of career enhancing training Good opportunities to visit customer sites if that appeals to you. Company has offices in UK, Pune India, Singapore and Los Angeles so you get to interact with colleagues across the globe and many of my colleagues have taken the opportunity to transfer between these locations over the years. E.g. several of my colleagues from Pune India are now working in Singapore and in the LA office.

Cons

Few that I have found. As it is growing rapidly the company is changing (mostly for the better) all the time, so you need to be adaptable. If you prefer to work in a narrow silo then you may not find the company culture is right for you.

Pros

Unfortunately for the people who work there, they are a company who initially attract amazing talent (mostly through false promises) and I’m lucky enough to have worked with incredible people who have shaped my career.

Cons

You will never find a company who care about their employees less. Complete dictatorship bully culture from the top. No HR in place (there is a title but that isn’t the same thing when the person has no power). People brought into meetings with no HR but all upper management to be disrespected and bullied. People who give years to the company thrown out the door without a second thought and barely a penny. Work people to the bone for pay way below the industry standard. They will never change and feel like taking people abroad 3 days a year should make them grateful for rubbish pay, terrible conditions and senior management who do not care.
