      Still an awesome place to work

      Pros

      Two really attractive things about Thinkific: super talented and caring team mates and a company mission you can feel good about -- empowering individual entrepreneurs and making education more accessible. Thinkific is also at a stage where there are lots of opportunities to make an impact, to choose your own adventure... but is also mature enough that there is resources, processes and really experienced people that you can learn from.

      Cons

      It's a fast moving market and industry, and we are still very far away from steady state, rinse and repeat. That means moving very fast, a lot of ambiguity and back and fourths. If you need stability and high structure, this is not for you.

      Great Place to work

      Pros

      Strong AI focus with lots of opportunities to learn and experiment. Smart, collaborative team with a culture of ownership. Good benefits and work-life flexibility. Fast-moving environment with exposure to different parts of the business.

      Cons

      Roles and responsibilities can sometimes feel unclear or evolving. Fast pace may require frequent context-switching
