      Pros

      easy job, people are nice, it's easy to get a job there because most people leave and they are always hiring

      Cons

      Management is incompetent and lies to you. Thomas Bus is the only place I have ever been where I was told I needed to resign and go somewhere else. However, I'm in the majority. Most engineers go to Thomas Bus, stay awhile and then quit to go somewhere better.

      Layoffs, hard to gain seniority. Union looks after people they should not.

      Good people, decent pay, a lot of vacation days

      Cons

      No alignment, management seems disconnected and does not know valuable people. To get promoted one must be connected rather than be good at their job.
