Pros
I personally liked everything about working with Thrive. Their staff is amazingly helpful and optimistic, and their flexibility with remote workers surprised me as well. Not many companies make you feel an important part of the team and Thrive achieved this naturally. It is also rare to find a job in which you actually have so much fun, with people who live on the other side of the world, yet you feel you are in the same room.
Cons
Can't honestly think of any; they are a new company and might still be learning in something that is entirely new to the market, so they naturally find typical challenges of innovation.

Pros
During my time there I met some great people and felt I had strong guidance to develop professionally. The open nature of the company meant it was easy to ask for help when needed and reciprocate the same support to others.
Cons
The fast-paced and ever-growing nature of the company means it demands adaptability, resilience, and an open mind. It may not be the right environment for everyone.
