Pros

Worked at Tiger Data for 3+ years and can honestly say this is one of the best product-market fits in the world of PaaS, which makes it a great place to be a seller. I and several others regularly exceeded quota by a large margin. From the top down starting with the CEO, it's a very friendly and collaborative environment. Every level of the GTM team was looked to by leadership for thoughts insights in order to continuously improve. Comp + Equity seemed about in line for industry standards.

Cons

Some typical startup whiplash with messaging / marketing changing often, but to be expected during an early growth phase.

Pros

Differentiated product, large tam, genuinely good people on the team. Work life balance, autonomy, and remote. The team is still relatively small so its easier to have an impact. Huge upside and potential, one of the few companies positioned in software that will only scale as AI applications and demand grow. No risk of sudden obsolescence.

Cons

It took a while to figure out our GTM motion and things change quickly. There can be frustrations with how much we're doing all at once to make up for lost time and sometimes things can get disorganized.

Pros

he product surface area is genuinely interesting. You get to work across positioning, GTM strategy, and content for products that solve real technical problems. Leadership gives you room to own your lanes and make strategic calls rather than just executing on a brief. The pace is fast but the work is substantive. If you want to be close to the product and shape how the market sees it, this is a strong place to do that.

Cons

It's a growing company, so processes and team structures are still taking shape. That ambiguity can be energizing if you like building the plane while flying it, but it also means you'll sometimes need to define your own guardrails. Cross-functional coordination can take extra effort when things move quickly.
