Get to work on different hardware and open source software.
Cons
All false promises, lots of talk with no follow up. The owner is not only cheap but also very manipulative, unprofessional with always a hidden agenda and ulterior motives. Very poor communication on the company strategy and direction. It looks like the services team with its leadership is bringing in money and I think the company will fall if left alone to the owner.
