      Pros

      The timeless team really helps you become established and encourages you to work on your craft always. Provides amazing training and courses and resources to succeed. Nothing but good vibes from everyone every wedding.

      Pros

      - Good pay - they only hired experienced shooters which made shooting easier (i hated other studios who hire bad shooters and the team just sucked) - flexible with scheduling and dates - very organized with every wedding and was always clear and thorough

      Cons

      - training they put you through was too much to incorporate their style, not everybody needs such extensive training to emulate the same style, especially when you have over 10 years of shooting experience - they had a bad system of paying month-end only, some of us have bills weekly and they weren't willing to work around this
