      Pros

      The culture was very relaxed (casual dress code, arcade games, pool table etc.). Decent levels of autonomy in your work. No heavy bureaucracy.

      Cons

      Sometimes lacked a strong vision/management. The Brisbane office is just engineers, with the rest of the company being based in San Francisco. Can suffer from testosterone overload (mostly men). The salaries seem low.

      Pros

      Ephox has is a great place to work and grow a career. Ephox is small enough to care about people and careers. This has always been the philosophy of the business.

      Cons

      The business is not for everyone. The management encourages free thought and personal responsibility. It discourages silo's - people who come from large employers need to understand that at ephox they need to stump-up personally.

      Pros

      As a co-founder, I have been at Tiny since the beginning and now is the best time it has ever been to join. We are financially strong and have great leaders who truly care about their people. We are the embodiment of "it doesn't have to be crazy at work." As a product person, I find the work fulfilling as it impacts so many people worldwide. Our open source community also gives us the ability to feel like we are giving back. I am having more fun than I ever have!

      Cons

      A distributed team means being flexible on timezones. The double-edged sword of success means we have a large community and many customers to support.
