Awful pay, no proper salary increase - you're lucky to get £2k. Kitchen designers are bullies and badly trained.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review, we are pleased you enjoyed working with the Tom Howley Design office team. Your feedback regarding the pay structure is appreciated, we do review our salaries each year across the Group, and we are currently evaluating the pay structure within our Design office to ensure we recognise individual performance and give a clear progression to everyone. In terms of improving relationships between the Sales team and the Design office we have implemented a rigorous training program with our Sales designers and have recently started our very own Design Academy aimed at upskilling the Design office team with the aim of them being possible future Sales designers.
