Pros
The people I worked with on a daily basis were great, but leadership is lacking. I was paid average for my experience and role. That's about it.
Cons
The CEO can't seem to focus on one thing at a time. It seems like if you disagree with her, you're out. Probably why she's the only cofounder left. They pivot the product direction on an almost monthly basis and the management doesn't provide the information needed to successfully sell/market/promote the new stuff. No alignment internally. They randomly hire a bunch of people in a short time and then lay people off with no notice. People come and go so quickly because it's not a stable place to work due to leadership.
