      Pros

      Touchlight is a company true to its values of innovation, excellence and focus on people. What the company does is fascinating and the future of biotechnology. Everyone working here is driven and friendly, always ready to collaborate with and/or guide others. The work environment is fast-paced and flexible, employees can put their creative thinking skills into practice and share ideas with each other and superiors. Transparent communication is encouraged and ensured by having regular meetings between leadership and employees, and an open door policy. The company is growing, so there are various growth and development opportunities within the different teams and departments, so Touchlight is truly a place where one can thrive if they have the right can-do attitude and willingness to always learn and develop.

      The environment is fast-paced, which means it can be challenging at times, so flexibility, adaptability, and persistence are definitely needed.

      Pros

      Innovative company with a very experienced, friendly team. The technology is market leading and the facilities are some of the best in the business!

      Cons

      Not many.. as a scaling business there are always a few growing pains!

      Available resources Working environment Topic and quality of research Flat hierarchy and the possibility for self-development. Especially for the more junior scientists.

      Cons

      The location is far from Central London if living there is your intention Constructions currently ongoing on site (constant noises and traffic interruptions) Challenging to grow past a certain level
