      Pros

      Training Orchestra has a solution which is needed in the corporate learning space. It saves companies money, and makes them money -- the ideal combination. The company is established but is growing in the US so there are lots of opportunities to contribute and help with awareness and sales growth. Exciting times!

      Pros

      -Very innovative product and international expansion, so the mission is challenging and rewarding -Tns of opportunities to work on varied projects, expand your skills and responsibilities, and overall create a path that fits your career aspirations -Senior management is very supportive and engaged in each employee's success -A pleasure to come to work: work-life balance is great and the atmosphere always welcoming

      Cons

      -The company is ambitious and expects a lot of its hires, so be prepared to handle the pace and learn fast: you might sometimes feel like you are asked to jump before you know how to fly, which takes a certain mindset -There is a lot of change happening which can get confusing: you have to adapt and can't get too comfortable with the way things are at one point in time

      If you love marketing, then you would love Training Orchestra: Great product that corporate and commercial training companies want and need Well-funded and supported marketing programs, lots of events Open to new ideas and trying new things, not afraid to fail Passionate and hard-working staff in every role

      Helps to be bilingual in French and English Lots of activity that can distract from the strategic goals, if you let it
