Pros

I think most of fintech company need quantity work, but in this company always need quality work and it’s can help for growth and learn. Everything flows from top whether bad or good. The CEO is highly Motivated which brings lot of positive energy in the team. Just an awesome place and an excellent step in my career to be associated with such a company

Cons

There is no room for a person who don't want to grow and who want to work as employee . Beware if you are lazy and just working for peanuts.

No time for jokes; absolutely no pros except the false CTC promised by them.

Cons

Very poor management structure. The CEO, COO, and other partners are only interested in increasing their own bank accounts. They treat employees as servants irrespective of being an IIM or IIT pass out. Variable promised is never paid. People are harassed so that they resign, which is used as an excuse to waive the variable amount. Only people who gets promotion are the ones who have invested in the company or whose salary is insignificant to affect company's balance sheet.
