Pros

Work environment is very conducive and internal staff are very friendly and approachable. It is good to have an option for hybrid work days (of course with approval by the management).

Cons

Heard about EOR staff who are demanding and most of the time gets away with their unfair demands.

Pros

Healthy work environment, amazing learning opportunities and a potential of expanding knowledge in the concerned field. The relationship between the management and the EEs is built on transparency and trust. Additionally, since this is a small company, there are more opportunities to grow, and you can really see the impact of your job, not to mention the valuable gained experience.

Cons

There is a constant change, which is very understandable to figure out what is better for the company & the EEs.
