    None I can think of

    Cons

The largest cohort of . I've ever seen, wouldn't think it's possible for the company to survive.

    Mismanaged mess

    Pros

Worked with a lot of great people. Fun company outings (holiday party, company picnic, office gatherings). Flexible work schedule and free snacks/sodas.

    Cons

Very siloed. Poorly managed. No clear path for advancement. Lacking clear direction and business strategy.

Company is great for putting you to work and over promising. Very much talk and very little action.

    Pros

Great learning capabilities in every department. Cross coordination with a range of associates on a daily level to have a full understanding of processes from start to finish.

    Cons

Associates are disposable, easily replaced, and office politics are very much in play. Many many people feel "stuck" and unable to actually voice opinions on strategies to better departments/structure and every day responsibilities. Very closed door culture, but unable to take suggestions on the struggles of bettering the environment. HR is there simply for benefits and on-boarding, forget trying to resolve in office issues. Associates having tenure are very much content with maintaining same job structure as years ago, and even lessening responsibility to pass onto newer hires. Company truly takes advantage of hard working employees and continues to test them each and every step of the way across all departments. Smoke and mirrors.

    Meh

    Pros

Relatively positive atmosphere among fellow employees

    Cons

Hyper focused on procedure and protocol, little top-down respect/appreciation for employees, not enough experimentation, meetings are too frequent and contain irrelevant content, pay/management structure is archaic, I thought the CEO was having an aneurysm during more than one meeting.

    Great Experience

    Pros

Really great company culture, opportunities to travel and learn about various industries, emphasis on collaborative efforts, chance to touch many different business segments

    Cons

Not the greatest location, company emphasis shifts often as to what product is at the forefront which can be difficult to adjust to quickly, not a huge company with a formalized training stucture

    Current Employee

    Pros

Small company feel, easy to feel your impact on the business, able to follow printing technology in the narrow format space

    Cons

Very mature market space that is on the decline, narrow format printing is slowly disappearing out of retail

A very mixed experience. At times excellent - at times horrid. Like most small companies, it had very little foresight

    Pros

The speed with which decisions were made was excellent. They acted as soon as they decided.

    Cons

Their Software Engineering Management is abysmal. They do not follow Software Development best practices. The management is constantly changing architecture and design while the coding is going on. There is no peer review and release and test are performed simultaneously. There is a complete absence of code documentation. It is written after the fact and there are absolutely no release notes. Testing is not supposed to be an afterthought or cutback when the schedule gets tight. It is an integral part of software development that needs to be planned and they perform no integration testing.

    A very mixed bag

    Pros

A small company and its easy to stand out and make a difference. Ideas can be heard and there are very few layers of management.

    Cons

CEO is too involved in everything! If he doesn't like an individual personally, your career is done. The quality of work is not as important as his personal feeling toward an individual.
