      Great leadership - very empowering and passionate about making change to influence the product. Product-driven company with all functions supporting product and customers.

      Cons

      As a global company, teams are split across European offices - so not as much face to face meetings but that makes the annual gatherings all the more sweeter

      Empowering Environment with Amazing Colleagues

      Pros

      The people are one of the biggest pros at TransferGo, diverse, hard-working, and collaborative, always looking out for their colleagues and the company’s success. There are lots of great benefits, a flexible approach to working environments, and competitive pay. The company is still growing, which means there are plenty of opportunities to leave your mark, experiment, learn, and make a real impact. The team is global, giving you the opportunity to work with colleagues from all over the world and visit our offices in Poland, Lithuania and London.

      Cons

      The company has been through a period of change over the past year, which caused some feelings of uncertainty; however, things are starting to settle and move in the right direction now. As mentioned in the pros, the company is still growing and in a scale-up phase. This means priorities can shift quickly, which is great if you enjoy challenges and growing with an organisation, but it can be demanding at times and requires flexibility and adaptability from the team.
