      Some very knowledgable and highly skilled staff

      Cons

      The senior management team evidently do not get along, and it’s very obvious. It can feel as though you might be invited into a room and leave without a job. The company speak a lot about their values, but don’t embed them. It feels like it’s for show. Patients are not treated with respect, although there are some staff that try very hard to try and make up for this.

      the most unsafe and dangerous organisation I have ever worked for they continually remove so much money from the company that they have to go into administration regularly

      Toxic culture, cost-cutting and misery at the head office

      Salary was reasonable but really that's it

      Cons

      Oppressive cost-cutting culture gutted the head office and left too much work for remaining staff. Toxic management meant no support and continual infighting. A previous team had all walked out at once. Genuinely not a single redeeming feature.
