      Consistently driven to develop by line management, opportunities are provided if you do great work. Interesting projects Transparent overview on how consulting businesses operate Opportunity to be included in decision making Professional but fun environment

      Going into the office weekly which is not paid for by the company Internal delivery is expected alongside consulting projects Senior management can make themselves too busy at times

      Management don’t seem to care about people’s wellbeing, favouritism, all the eggs in one basket from a client point of view, a degree of arrogance relating to other consultancies, lack of perks
