      Pros

      It had consistent pay and sechedule. Most of the work staff are cool to work with and nice.

      Cons

      Get in trouble for trying make the station you work at more effient and no real clue who was a “good employee” from one “who isn’t”. Combative CEO. “My way or the high way mentality”. No real training “throw you to the wolves” and get burned when you “mess up”.

      Very small and can move up quick.

      Cons

      No real respect for employees from CEO level Can get fired via Text No real organization or communication leading to lots of uncertainty The second you're salary, there is no real work-life balance.
