Pros
The tech is crazy impressive, an absolute pleasure to promote, I’ve never met a prospect who doesn’t love it. The team is lovely. Very customer focussed and no egos. The team move fast, learning from mistakes and pivoting where necessary. It’s a close knit team, and everyone looks out for one another.
Cons
It’s a scale-up so if you aren’t prepared to work hard and fast, it’s not the right place for you, if you are though, you won’t find a better place to learn, experiment and develop, personally and professionally.
