Pros
Worked with some lovely people and the owners were very approachable & personable. As an employee who was prepared to put in the hours then they went the extra mile to look after you. Genuinely felt that if I had gone the distance then opportunities would have existed based on work ethic rather than personality which is refreshing
Cons
Commission only sales which in the early days were difficult to attain as the company structure was too broad. They have narrowed it down now so it is probably more easier to work with. Never ending hours although that was self induced as you tended to work chasing the sale.
