    Pros

    Travis Perkins have some great people, some interesting systems and projects - and if you're based near Northampton are a suprisingly good and varied IT employer, considering their business is as a Builders Merchant

    Cons

    Too much reliance on third parties (often the same ones over and over again, despite previous project failures). CIO has changed every 6-18 months for about the last decade, causing constant changes in direction. Too many senior managers in made up jobs. A tendancy to focus on new shiny products and ignore the systems the company actually runs on.
