    Pros

    Great please to work with

    Cons

No development plans or career progression
    Lack of training opportunities
Low pay and yearly pay rises
Uncertainty in senior management and future of company

    Advice to Management

Senior management need to start listening to the staff, they are the ones with the knowledge and expertise but this is never taken in to consideration when starting large programmes of work.

The business also doesn't reward staff or want to retain talent, paying less than market rate and viewing employees as a payroll number rather than a valued member of a team
