Pros

Not much anymore. Time off available, flexible work hours- you pick your schedule. Im really trying to find more. It use to be ok until ridiculous audits were put in place to make it so that no one gets raises.

Cons

No matter how much stress you are under with the insane workload and demands from the unattainable audits and company, you are told "maybe insurance isn't for you" in the quarterly meetings. I have WELL over 10 years experience. Lower end of the pay scale compared to companies in the area. Micromanaging, making it more difficult to stay afloat.

Pros

Free coffee Free water Free parking Nice lounge. On site massage (that you have to pay for but still nice)

Cons

Too much criticism Too little positive feedback No clear communication of employee expectations until that employee has done something wrong Little to no training Expect to be nitpicked for the silliest of things. And I do mean that. Ethics are dubious Unless you're salaried, expect to do a 10 hr a day job in 8 hrs, not be paid for all the overtime you do but if you "don't" do said "overtime", paid or unpaid and fall behind, expect to be called out publicly in department emails. And if you're salaried, same thing. Finally: You ARE disposable.

Pros

You'll learn how not to do things. How to handle disorganized and non-directional management.

Cons

No appreciation, No training or knowledge transfer whatsoever. No guidance from PMs, essentially you do the PMs work and your work and manage upward, then you can manage to survive.
