      Super smart group, a lot of senior mgmt. has recently left maybe because of lack of future opportunity and pay.

      Cool office structure with startup perks Pretty young and fun group of people to be around Solid financialy Freedom to work the hours you want

      Cons

      Lack of promotions and advancement for individuals Turn over in senior staff tends one to believe something is wrong higher up HR mgmt is poor and often confusing and mis-spoken Upper mgmt tends to be cheap when it comes company sponsored events Little care about employee satisfaction, they believe you should be 'happy' working at such a 'cool' startup

      Pros

      Smart team, good management and a clean and professional environment make TrialPay an ideal place to work and enjoy your life.

      Cons

      They don't concentrate too much on architecture as they need to rapidly move product. This is fine, but it doesn't give you much chance to explore and grow technically.

      Pros

      Young and fun company making a real impact in the social media space. Lots of freedom to define your own job. Very smart people who come from great universities. Challenging, yet rewarding, work. Super positive energy in the company. Rewards risk-taking.

      Cons

      Very fast-paced. Sometimes long hours. Since it is still in start-up mode, it is not always clear what the direction is, but it is still always forward.
