Pros

Working from home gives a good work life balance.

Cons

Unfortunately I believe the below reviews are being made by HR or upper management to hide the negative comments. Company claims to care about stress and your mental health but when you suggest that they employ more staff or provide benefits it falls on deaf ears. No benefits Subpar salary. Don’t support staff when they are abused by customers.

Trinity Claims Response

Good afternoon, Thanks for your feedback. I am sorry to hear that you have not been fully satisfied with your journey here at Trinity Claims. I note that it states you are a current employee, I urge you to reach out to your line manager if you have concerns or are unhappy. We have recently started to take ownership of this site and have been promoting our staff from all departments and levels to leave a review, we encourage our staff to leave their honest opinion, we do not know who leaves reviews as it is anonymous and do not persuade their comments in any way. Our teams are actively recruiting staff and as you can imagine, this is not a quick-fix solution. We do our best to hire candidates who best suit the role. I can assure you that if you had approached the manager regarding employing more staff, this has not gone unnoticed, and they are doing their best to seek out the right candidates. In fact, we have 12 new joiners starting with the business shortly. We have Mental Health First Aiders who are also on hand to assist anyone in a professional and confidential way, even if it is just a little pick-me-up when life gets a bit overwhelming. I would also like to mention about a couple of our benefits which have not been highlighted, our amazing customer service premiums and also our brand new Trinity Gym, free to all employees. We take our staff's health and well being very seriously and it is so important to us everyone has a great work - life balance. I am sorry your overall view is not positive and as mentioned, if you are unhappy, please approach your line manager or the HR team to discuss this.

Pros

Dogs welcome, that was the only good part

Cons

The management was terrible, one specific that I dealt with but won’t name and shame. It’s not nice to single people out and embarrass them in front of their colleagues, they had no boundaries in this sense. No one feels comfortable to speak to HR about these issues as they’re all under one roof and are all friends so nothing gets done. I heard this manager speak multiple times in slurs and derogatory terms that honestly shouldn’t have been accepted Not only this but if you had an abusive customer on the line they would refuse to step in and lend a hand if they wanted to speak with a manager. And if they did help they’d say things like ‘see that wasn’t hard’ in a condescending rude tone. We all know that once a manager has spoken to a customer they tend to listen better. You preach about mental health but know fine well you do not care about mental health in your staff, not in the slightest You treat new staff like royalty, make them feel comfortable and then after a week you turn cold and rude.

Pros

Parking, All the overtime you can want

Cons

There is limited support from management other than “it’s not good enough”. Sickness is NOT allowed, so don’t have a disability or anything you need time off for, like children, or elderly family members.
