Pros

What makes working at Tripjack truly rewarding is the supportive work environment. The management fosters open communication, teamwork, and continuous learning. We are encouraged to take initiative, solve problems proactively, and grow both personally and professionally. There's a strong sense of collaboration across departments, which makes even challenging days manageable and motivating.

Cons

I’ve developed stronger negotiation skills, a better understanding of global hotel standards, and the ability to manage complex itineraries under pressure. The appreciation we receive from happy clients—especially after a successful group stay or a last-minute booking rescue—makes the job incredibly fulfilling.

Pros

Honestly, "NONE" at this point after the recent management changes

Cons

bsolutely no work-life balance. Employees are expected to be available all the time, with unrealistic expectations and constant pressure. Disrespectful behaviour, especially towards experienced team members. Long-time employees are being sidelined, demoted, or publicly humiliated. The new CTPO Mr. Dudee has created a toxic environment — aggressively pushing out old employees and replacing them with people from his previous organization. Decisions are made in silos, no transparency, and no inclusion of existing team members in critical discussions. Morale is at an all-time low, and people are forced to leave rather than being supported. All my seniors who started the company have been replaced.

Pros

There is a cultural shift in the organisation where now questions are being asked and unnecessary comfort has been reduced, and that is making noise now. Looking at the legacy process/.code, a total revamp is required to compete in the market. So far, I wasn't even aware of how should I approach to a problem. Now I am confident enough and have learned a lot in the past few months which I was not able to learn in my last 2 years. Everyone is trying to make it a tech company rather than a government policy company, and I am glad that I am part of this shift.

Cons

Skill Shortages in devops. they are not able to execute anything on the time and efficiently
