Great environment but management constantly crosses boundaries

Pros

Amazing environment working with amazing people

Cons

Management would sometimes cross boundaries by demanding extra hours and preach loyalty to the cause, it's widely understood that if you wanna keep your job you need to go above and beyond, they did appreciate and thank but didn't offer any bonuses for those extra hours

Thank you for sharing your feedback and we're sorry to hear about the experiences you shared. We strive to provide an environment where all employees feel good and have balance in life. Although extra hours is typical for a start-up at our stage, our employees are definitely not required to work overtime and we certainly don't require or judge our employees on that. In addition, our benefits, such as 30 days PTO in the USA (and comparable for the Israel team), were created to encourage all employees to take time off when they need. In January 2023, we implemented a bonus program for all employees. As we continue to grow, each day we learn ways in which we can improve. We appreciate your feedback.

Pros

Joining Triple Whale as a new Implementation Specialist has been a genuinely positive experience so far. The onboarding process is well-structured and sets you up to succeed quickly, with clear documentation, supportive teammates, and access to the right tools from day one. The team is highly knowledgeable across eCommerce, data, and analytics, and there’s a strong culture of collaboration - questions are encouraged, and no one hesitates to jump in to help. It’s rewarding to work closely with brands and see the direct impact of your work on how they understand and scale their performance. Leadership is transparent about company direction and priorities, and there’s a strong sense that feedback from the front lines is valued. The pace is fast, but in a way that feels energising rather than chaotic.

Cons

The learning curve can be steep at first, but the support is there if you’re proactive about learning.
