1. Good facilities - Is the only one plus point of this company. 2. You will learn politics 3. You will learn to get promotion without working hard.

Cons

1. No road map 2. Too much politics 3. If you want good hike and promotion then make friendship with managers 4. To much groupism 5. Zero technical knowledge 6. All managers was working like Gangsters, protecting fellow gang members.

Pros

Easy job. Management has no idea what they are doing so they have a very low expectation of projects. It's about who you know.

Cons

Company uses other people's money to operate. They don't pay their vendors so there is no long term plans. Everyone runs around like a chicken without a head.
