Lots of talented people but lacking experienced leadership

Pros

Fantastic friendly team, everyone working very hard to deliver on the promising vision. The product, while challenging to execute, is a fantastic idea.

Cons

There is an unhealthy culture of never admitting flaws or refusing to take advice and this comes right from the top. I recall countless examples of extremely knowledgeable people being ignored because it wasn't what senior management wanted to hear. There is also no strategic management of the regions which results in very unclear company goals and direction.

Great to work for a company that has a real vision for what it wants to achieve and gets everyone to focus energy and heart on getting there! Great team, inclusive culture.

Cons

Slightly chaotic sometimes... but thats common in young businesses that have places to go!

Pros

- Brilliant atmosphere, there is always a positive energy amongst everyone - Friendly & FUN environment - Flexible, employees are treated as adults with responsibilities - Not stuck in one area of the work, there are multiple skill set to learn from and grow - There are no hierarchies structure, the management team are very easy to approach, and any issues can be brought up.

Cons

- At times there is an overload of work, but accepting it as a challenge and try to prioritise would do the trick. - Processes are being put in place and need to be followed, but this is more to do with educative teaching
