      They may expel you from the company without reason just because they can They are constantly threatening people with legal issues Work is very low quality Pressure is extreme

      Truelogic is one of those companies that keeps the startup feel/environment in which there is room for new ideas, innovation a creative thinking. My overall top pros of working at Truelogic (in no specific order) are: Work environment Compensation package Management team The Truelogic crew

      Cons

      Like any other fast paced company there are some challenges regarding internal communication and some processes.

      Good place for seniors

      Pros

      - They have excellent clients (Is impossible as a worker to work for all of them, but the one I'm working for is excellent). - On-time payment (every month) - They are open to feedback and to solve issues (like sick leaves, work-schedule, etc)

      Cons

      - Only recommended for seniors as there seem to be no motivation to keep growing (and if there is, then the communication should improve because I haven't heard). - You get no other benefit than the salary (and 10 paid days yearly for vacations).
