Pros
- you get to travel internationally whilst doing events - great opportunity to upgrade on your soft skills and multi-tasking - the environment is friendly and depending on the location and timezone of the events you may be given flexibility to work from home
Cons
- facilities and equipment could be updated - pressure from superiors and sometimes miscommunication on our specific proper job roles - sometimes you will have to bring work home but it's not as frequent, usually a few weeks before the event is when it's the most chaotic

- Good and understanding team who helps when in need - Have the opportunity to travel globally for work purposes - Increase in knowledge considering the projects worked on are across various industries

- Fast-paced and requires a lot of multi-tasking skills - Can be stressful, especially with the race against time
