Pros
Great team and environment. Learnt some much over the years. Got to travel to alot of locations all over Asia, Australia and the Middle East. Decent pay and 2 week off at Christmas each year.
Cons
Need to perform all the time.

- Good & Understanding CEO - Forces discipline as KPIs are tight - High learning curve - Travel perks - Convenient for transportation as it is near to KL Sentral
Cons
- An incredibly demotivating environment to work in - Salary will be deducted if you are late to work, even for a minute - Managers are not understanding and demeaning - No annual leave - Computers are terribly slow - Micromanaging at its worst - Not allowed to talk/laugh during office hours
