Pros
It's an easy retail job. Management and corporate is what makes it more difficult than it needs to be. There's employee discounts, at least when I left.
Cons
Poor leadership from retail management to corporate. They don't care about their employees and therefore is no growth opportunity unless your part of the lucky 2% that kisses butt more than you kiss your wife. Have some dignity and find a place that appreciates you and your work. I did.
