      Health Benefits, learning about Cannabis

      Cons

      Work life balance, took salary away from most management dropped hourly pay. Consistently increasing expectations so store management isn't able to achieve bonuses. Inexperienced AG's that are on power trips, communications horrible. Teams is not a primary form of communication and ask for a thumbs up that you read it. Lower then GM apparently expected to read minds and get task completed. I could literally go on for days.

      Rank and file employees are good people.

      Cons

      Low compensation. Terrible bennies. No 401K. Lack of opportunity. Erratic, uneducated, inexperienced, upper and site management. Nobody will ever mistake this group for Fortune 500 material. Majority of management would never be considered anywhere else. If you are seeking the ability to make an impact....this is not the company for you.

      extremely disfunctional - not willing to change processes, don't care about the people doing all of the day to day functions to keep the company moving forward.
