      Think long and hard if the aggravation is worth it!

      Pros

      Minus the boss, everyone else was extremely friendly and helpful. The people on both sides go out of their way to help you.

      Cons

      The boss is never satisfied. Holds information and expects you to read minds. Doesn't hesitate to embarrass you in front of other staff members. Friendly with some and others couldn't give the time of day. Expects you to know product inside and out within days. Atmosphere changes upon her arrival. Not a nice person to work for.

      The worst experience I've ever experienced as an employee.

      Pros

      None. They are completely disorganized and have no idea on how to run a business. The leadership has no strategy on how to run or grow their business.

      Cons

      The leadership changes their mind on a daily basis on how to service their customers. Turnover is the highest that I've ever seen in working for a company. Low moral across the board. My advice to any prospective employee - don't even waste your time in agreeing to an interview. Stay far away........
