Oh god so many things:
- codebase has one of the worst tech debt I've ever seen
- Leadership is unable to handle the team / doesn't have a product vision
- Terrible hours sometimes based off of unreasonable deadlines
- Morale is super low
- Zero opportunity for growth or promotion
- Comp is abysmal and the leadership team will make you feel about asking for it
