Absolutely Nothing at all !!! I mean it when I say it. I have a lot of experience in the industry and know what I am talking about. You can just watch netflix all day in Office like some old employees do since they have learnt the art of Fooling the Chinese. Otherwise...........
Cons
1. Chinese are stupid, with no business sense. you will pull off your hair when you try talking to them. No communication skills at all. 2. They think Indians are useless, 3. They do not understand Logic. 4. It is impossible to show any efforts when you have some really really cunning Indians around in the team (talking about the ones who have stayed there for more than three years) 5. They lie about your compensation. You wil not get any bonus. 6. The company is fraud (They do click farming and show fake reports to advertisers)
